COME GET CRAFTY WITH ME

JEWELRY WORKSHOP

In this class you will work with sheet metal, wire, beads, stones, chain, stamps and leather + just about anything else you’d like to include in your piece.  You will learn how to use basic hand tools (punches, hammers, cutters, etc.), anvil and mandrel.  Classes are suitable for ages 10+

Class Description:  Design and make your own necklace, ring or bracelet.   As a group you will choose which of those you’d like to make.  You will each make your own unique piece but will be making the same type of piece.  Once you book your class I will send you some photos of examples of the types of pieces that are suitable for your group’s skill level and desired finished project.

Class Duration:  2.5 hours.

Cost:  $80 per person in store/$90 per person off-site

Class Size:  Classes of 4 people or less can be held in the shop or larger groups can be held on-site where you are staying.

How To Book Your Class:  Classes are booked by appointment only and held in the shop from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or offsite at an agreed upon time.   To schedule your class please email me at tricia@urbaneclecticejewelry.com.

Before class, please check the website and Instagram to see some style options of what sorts of things can be made.  Most pieces can be made in any metal type (copper, silver or bronze), so if you see something on-line that is in silver, but you’d like bronze, you can do that.

Please note:  This class does not include chemical etching.  The pattern in the metal on these earrings is an example of chemical etching.  The earrings could have stamps such as those on these earrings.
